Olivia Golden
Dance Instructor

Liv Golden, originally from Kansas City, Kansas, has been immersed in dance for the majority of  her life. She graduated from Premiere Dance and Performing Arts, where she trained in various  styles and attended multiple dance conventions. Throughout her training, she had the opportunity  to learn from renowned dance icons such as Derrick Schrader, Tiffany Maher, Emily Grady, Phil  Wright, Megan Sanett, Tony Belissimo, and Koko Iwasaki.
Currently, Liv is pursuing a degree in Nursing at Pittsburg State University while continuing to  share her passion for dance through teaching and choreography. She has trained in tap, ballet,  jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, contemporary, and pointe, and has danced competitively throughout her  career. She was also a member of the Pitt State Crimson and Gold Dance Team from 2022 to  2023.
Liv has been teaching dance since 2018 and has worked with students of all ages, ranging from  three to eighteen years old. She has experience teaching all levels of difficulty, from beginner to  advanced, and has choreographed both small and large group routines, as well as solos, with The  Alignment Project.
Outside of dance, Liv is an active member of Alpha Gamma Delta at Pittsburg State University,  where she currently holds her third leadership position. She enjoys reading and staying active in  her free time. As someone who is still navigating life herself, she finds it rewarding to connect  with her students, sharing experiences and helping them through the challenges that young  dancers often face.
